• Consolidate and publish regional marketing activity in APAC
• Support APAC Marketing Hub team members in their campaigns and projects
• Support the online and virtual local marketing events

Requirements:

• Graduating students from the School of Business and Media, Arts & Media School
• Major in Marketing, Business or related fields
• Adobe Suite (Premier Pro for video-editing, InDesign / Illustrator for graphic design) skills preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (i.e. oral and written)
• Proactive, self-motivated and willingness to learn

• Reporting to Director within a dynamic organization that operates across a diverse portfolio in the petrochemical industry.
• Spearhead business development initiatives for specialty chemicals, including base oils, fuels and lubes additives, and catalysts in the SEA region.
• Actively identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on key growth segments.
• Conduct regular travel across the SEA region to meet with clients, build relationships, and close deals.
• Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to long-term revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.

This is an 8-month contract role based onsite in Singapore with a US MNC tech giant.

Responsibilities:

• Implement regional strategies & programs to transform our resellers to become activated to sell a wider suite of products.
• Negotiate and enable resellers to retain and expand their existing business customers that are using our products.
• Drive quarterly business plans with partners and own the day-to-day execution via a direct and active relationship with partners.
• Support the sales delivery via partner-led go-to-market activities and channel-sales plays, e.g. account-based marketing, events, campaigns.
• Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and run quarterly business reviews with regional & global partner exec teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, customer success, partner engineering, legal, marketing, and PR.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS, Business development roles including exposure to SaaS solutions.
• English language proficiency
• Experience driving early stage product adoption, leveraging ecosystems, channel and strategies of scale
• Problem solving – having faced many predicaments in the past, you are a natural at getting to the heart of a problem and navigating the path to a suitable outcome for all.
• Program management – you are at ease with managing various competing projects, keeping everyone up to date and following through on delivery.
• Strategic thinking – you enjoy seeking out the relevant information to craft strategic, long-term plans along with corresponding targets.
• Negotiation – a skill you have developed over the years in the channels space, understanding and even anticipating the push and pull factors is now second nature.
• Collaboration – you are deliberate in creating multi region, cross-functional relationships to lead projects successfully.
• Analytical – you leverage data to develop business plans, understand customers and market insight and analyze program effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hardware industry experience ideally within XR/VR business.
• Other hardware sales experience (e.g., Apple, Microsoft hardware, etc.)
• B2B enterprise experience
