• All other tasks that promote VIKING's business
• Ensuring payments are timely received according to contracts
• Ensure that the commercial terms of the contracts adhere to company policy
• Employ database and IT systems required by management

Your secondary roles are, to the best of your ability;

• To grow "C" customer to "B" customer
• To look out for risks (contractual, payment and other etc.) and bring these to the attention of the Team Leader and Manager before these risks turn into real problems.

You are expected to be a team player and have a positive, professional, and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers, both in and out of office and to show willingness to learn and take up new challenges.

You are expected to conduct business in a manner, which enhances the image of VIKING as a premium brand of high integrity and reliability.

You will together with the Team Leader to plan your work and are expected to work independently on the sales efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Candidate will have the ability to develop and foster business networks, constantly breaking new frontiers. The Sales & Marketing Executive qualifies and contacts prospective clients, up-sales to existing clients, and closes business. Conduct follow up with clients by informing them about new products/service offerings, conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluates customer needs. In addition, he will be able to plan and implement integrated marketing activities across digital channels and within the allocated budgets.

* Support in setting up engagement frameworks for generating appointment through various communication channels and digital platform.

* Map out sales and marketing plan with end in mind to improve products sales, KPI, and revenue.Design sales presentation deck and conduct sales presentation face to face via online platform or in person.

*Conduct sales and marketing activities in how to achieve the KPI and revenue.

* Conducting and support sales activities based on the sales and marketing plan. Collect, collate all the results and perform analysis.

* Summarise all the overall sales & marketing activities, conduct and evaluate performance till date. Perform review and make improvement based on the analysed data.

Requirements:
