Job Description:

• Provide first level customer support and services
• Follow up enquiries or problems reported by customer and ensure prompt response and effective resolution
• Perform day to day Basic AR/ AP activities such as issuing Invoices/Credit Notes/Receipts/ Payments
• Follow Up payments on outstanding invoices
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filings
• Perform daily and weekly operational processes on case logging.
• Support the operations and activities of the sales and marketing team
• Provide training to the new customers if needed
• Attend roadshows and events if needed

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive research, determine platforms, benchmark, identify messaging, and develop a social media strategy.
