Part 2: Klaviyo list, segment, filter, and tag management (10%)

• Understand and decide how to best structure our Klaviyo lists, segments, and tags for optimal performance both operationally and financially. For example, what are some common traps or mistakes people make when setting up emails and how can we minimize these mistakes?
• Implement standard naming convention and hold others accountable to use the same naming convention.

Part 3: Data reporting and analysis (40%)

• Setup and use PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or another data visualization tool to report daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and performance of the email channel. Knowledge of such tools is a bonus skill but not required as long as you are open to find resources online to learn on your own.
• Analyze data and derive key insights to direct email marketing efforts. This involves slicing and dicing data in different ways daily. You will receive guidance to improve your analytical thinking skills.
• Draft and evaluate split test ideas and seek alignment with leaders.
• Coordinate split test idea implementation with copywriters and designers, then execute and measure results of the split test upon completion.

Part 4: Deliverability optimization (~20%)

• Understand email deliverability architecture.(e.g. sending and receiving servers, key needle movers to improve delivery and deliverability, SPF/DKIM configurations, DMARC deployment, etc.)
• Design mini projects to improve deliverability, starting with the highest impact changes we can make to strengthen the foundation of our email channel.
• Measure and reiterate on email deliverability improvement efforts.

Part 5: Systems and process building (5%)

• Review and update existing Email SOPs/process guides and checklists.
• Turn new processes into SOPs/process guides and checklists for future team members.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for Better Body Co. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing key partnerships, optimizing inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency and resilience of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the overall business goals of Better Body Co.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the supply chain strategy with sales forecasts and production plans.

2. Partner Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Contract Manufacturers, Raw Ingredient Suppliers, and Fulfillment Centers.
• Evaluate and select partners based on performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Inventory Management:

• Optimize inventory levels to balance the need for product availability with cost control.
• Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

4. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Monitor geopolitical, economic, and industry trends that could impact the supply chain.

5. Performance Measurement:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain and regularly assess and report on performance.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the supply chain processes.

6. Logistics Optimization:

• Streamline transportation and distribution processes to minimize lead times and reduce overall logistics costs.
• Explore innovative solutions, such as advanced routing and scheduling, to optimize transportation.

7. Quality Control:

• Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the supply chain to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards.
• Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and improve overall product quality.

8. International Logistics and Shipping:

• Manage the logistics for international operations, considering the geographical distance between Better Body Co. and its customers worldwide.
• Coordinate shipping and transportation arrangements, including customs compliance, import/export regulations, and delivery lead times. Seek opportunities to optimize international logistics and reduce costs.

9. Continuous Improvement:

• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement. Implement lean methodologies, conduct regular performance reviews, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

10. Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster collaboration and open communication between different departments, including procurement, production, and sales.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize processes for Better Body Co.

● Proven experience in a senior-level supply chain management role, preferably in the consumer goods or health and wellness industry.

● In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics, and international trade regulations.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

● Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree might be a plus.

● This is a full time position based in Singapore.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Overlay sales lead for Analytics, AI, and Digital in the APJ region In this role, you will be supporting and overlaying the core sales teams as a subject matter expert and co-responsible for creating and executing a strategic sales plan aligned with the goals of the International CEA and Digital organization. Reporting to the Director for APJ, ME, and ANZ, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue for NICE's AI, Analytics, and Digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with the objectives of the International CEA and Digital organization.

Sales Revenue Management: Drive and manage sales revenue for NICE's AI, Analytics, and Digital solutions in the APAC region, excluding ANZ.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with core selling teams and dedicated PreSales personnel for Digital and Analytics to ensure seamless integration and effective sales processes.
