We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running of our store. The assistant sales manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. You should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the sales manager.

To be successful as an assistant sales manager, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales staff comply with company policies and guidelines. Ultimately, a top-performing assistant sales manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Monitor renewals for potential and existing projects, sending quotations 1-2 months before expiration to all resellers
• Coordinate project timeline

Coming from a strong Field Sales background in the IT industry you will be responsible for sales of Consulting Services to our customers directly or together with our partners in the Association of South East Asia Nation (ASEAN).

• Lead a team of Consulting Sales Executives across ASEAN to sell Oracle Services – either directly or through Oracle partners
• Be responsible and accountable to deliver the targeted bookings for Oracle Consulting Services for ASEAN
• Define and manage the sales strategy to drive new consulting bookings and revenue in ASEAN
• Guide the team to close deals selling Oracle Consulting Services; generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle’s services
• Develop your relationship as a trusted advisor to the key customers, serving as the main point of contact, through the sales process
• Maintain an on-going relationship with the key customers following the initial sale to identify additional opportunities that extend Oracle’s footprint
• Guide the team to hunt for new opportunities and grow the sales pipeline; qualify and develop value add propositions for the customer

• Incharge of handling customer queries, requests, orders, and delivery schedules.
