Our client is an established company specialising in Property Developer. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to support the growth. They are located in the Central Town area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Help coordinate with tenants for marketing materials, rewards catalog, and tenant offers.
• Monitor loyalty program inquiries daily and respond promptly, escalating to the Team Lead if needed for quick resolution and feedback.
• Assist in preparing post-campaign reports.
• Work with vendors to issue hardware terminals to tenants.
• Help test and implement CRM, voucher, and content management systems, as well as smartphone apps.
• Coordinate with the Centre Marketing Communication team on rewards program marketing efforts.
• Perform other tasks related to the rewards program as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Some experience with loyalty programs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of design software like Photoshop and Canva is a plus.
