Job Description

• Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions such as observation report e.g. CAPA
• To lead and drive SHE initiatives and programs and to strengthen safety culture of our workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Organize safety trainings, safety promotions and safety awareness.
• Be the conduit between NES and Safety regional team for information sharing and reporting request. Prepare and submit safety reports in accordance to company and Singapore requirement.
• Responsible for risks assessments which include review, maintain and update risk assessments in accordance to the current Workplace Safety and Health Act’s (WSHA) requirement.
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
• To conduct incident and accident investigations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records.
• File accident and injury reports to Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Assist the conduct of emergency response drill.
• Support ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor Security Management:
• Evaluate current security processes and systems and stay abreast of legislative security requirements and industry best practices.
• Be in charge of security related matters such as outsource partners
• Review security procedures and security management timely for improvement initiatives and to address evolving risks.

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM (Preferably)
• FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2
• Manage Work at Height Certificate- Assessor/ Manager
• Preferably with knowledge of local legislation e.g.WSH/SCDF/NEA, Ready to act in emergencies, knowledge in WSH Act, ISO45001, ISO14001, Security Management System
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Able to start work on short notice (preferably)

Working Hour : 5-days (Mon-Fri 0815 – 1730)

• Managing the Singapore company as a whole and ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Overseeing all projects and the operational infrastructure (including accounting, finance, legal, procurement, logistics, sales, and business development), closely in liaison with the HQ in Japan.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial statements, budgetary, and other indicators of performance, in order to assess the standing and financial position of the company. The role is also expected to do regular reporting including financial reports to the HQ in Japan, a listed company.
• Reviewing and identifying ways to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve cash position for the overall company performance to meet the company’s goals.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with key accounts, key contacts, and critical personnel at various client organizations.
• Analyzing problematic situations or occurrences and providing solutions to ensure the survival and growth of the company.
• Providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience preferably in the food logistics supply chain management
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Logistics, or a related field
• Excellent leadership with good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English as required during meetings in Japan HQ as well as other subsidiaries
• Independent, resilient, and able to handle high-pressure situations
• Overseas travel will be required.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the company’s performance.

BIM Manager shall have a broad range of responsibilities, but will primarily be concerned with:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Understanding in C&S, Mechanical, process or electrical, instrumentation, control and automation discipline drawings.
• Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are accurate and that the level of information is fit for purpose.
• Identifying and documenting multidisplinary clashes using clash detection software (Navisworks).
• Creating, recording and monitoring the shared data and relationships between models, for example grids, floor levels and shared project coordinates.
• Following and enforcing the mandated BIM Collaboration Procedures in the BIM Execution Plan.
• Follow-up on the BIM workflow and ensuring that any potential issues are dealt with effectively.
• Candidate shall have minimum of 15 years’ experience in the process design of water / wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial) with the following attributes:

Qualifications required

• Minimum 8 years production experience in BIM design, modelling and drafting environment with relevant certification/Diploma.
• To have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Naviswork etc.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
• Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued improvement in BIM.
• Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
