A Day in the Life

Client Relationship Management:

• Collaborate with clients to clearly define their design aspirations and translate them into a formal design brief
• Facilitate seamless communication between the client and internal design team, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded
• Proactively manage client expectations and navigate through any changes or challenges efficiently

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans using MS Project or similar project management software, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation

• Coordinate effectively with internal designers, landlords, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Procurement & Tendering:

• Identify and recommend qualified consultants to join the project team through a defined RFP process.
• Assist the client in the tendering process, responding to technical queries, and clarifying project requirements.
• Evaluate tender submissions, providing well-informed recommendations to the client for informed decision-making.

Construction & Handover:

• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings throughout the construction phase, ensuring open communication and alignment
• Meticulously document meeting minutes for future reference and action tracking
• Effectively manage client change requests, translating them into clear instructions for the project team
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, oversee quality control, and address any logistical concerns
• Manage testing and commissioning procedures for project readiness
• Coordinate final inspections with landlord, consultants and contractors to ensure project compliance
• Prepare punchlists and diligently follow up with contractors to rectify deficiencies
• Manage project close-out, including final accounts, handover documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals), and training sessions
• Oversee reinstatement and move management activities, ensuring a smooth transition to project completion

We are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing design projects in the Retail/Corporate industry. Junior candidates with demonstrably strong skills and relevant experience in design management may be considered
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects on time and within budget

About the job

Reporting to the Regional Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth with the assigned customer accounts in the Marine Division in line with the South East Asia Sales Company targets and objectives.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Senior Divisional Manager, the Regional Vendor Manager will be responsible for the growth and performance of our Partner base. 

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Onboarding and daily operational management of Partner facilities in your allocated region. This includes, ensuring high quality processing & output and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Smooth out any operational issues with your allocated Partners, in a timely and professional manner, including crisis and escalation management.
• Coordinate with the Partner Operations team to ensure all tasks are completed, and order management is controlled as per the set deadlines.
• Ensure all Partner KPIs are met or exceeded. 
• Ensure monthly Partner catch-ups that address areas such as customer complaint resolutions, pricing/contract negotiations and scalability. 
• Complete weekly Audits for your Facilities and provide clear actionable points to improve processing compliance.
• Implementation of any transformation projects to ensure that all processes, physical requirements and training are completed for your Partner facilities.
• Coordinate with the regional account managers and customer operations team to improve customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
• Document management, summarizing processes, learning, and helping to replicate successful models across international markets where needed.
• Work with internal teams on a series of different projects as required, to improve the overall operations and quality of Partnerships.
• Keep up-to-date and familiar with all departmental operational changes to understand the sourcing requirements.
• Ensure adequate processing capacity for orders in your region by scaling current partners or sourcing,, engaging and closing partnership leads, alongside the business development team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Lead marketing consultants to Domino’s international Master Franchisees to influence strong marketing strategies in all markets to grow and protect the brand while providing brand guardrails and principles. Team responsibility is at market/master franchisee level not at store level and therefore must have experience setting strategies, building plans, and ensuring execution while working and influencing at a C-suite level. This individual will report to the VP of International Marketing.

Educating

Leads, educates, and foster long term development of marketing consultants to:

• Educate and consult markets on creating comprehensive marketing strategies based on the “Domino’s way” of doing marketing with a long-term growth in mind.
• Educate markets on the use of the Domino’s Brand Book, focusing strongly on the Global Brand Positioning with the intention to drive brand consistency across the world.
• Educate the master franchisees to make disciplined marketing decisions based on data, facts, and consumer research. Involve A+I (Analytics and Insights) as needed.
• Provide access to tools, frameworks and resources and educate markets on tools such as but not limited to pricing, brand positioning, product development and menu optimization, occasion-based channel strategies, communication and media selection and allocation (digital and non-digital).

Consulting

Leads the consultation of key DPI accounts with the support of the regional marketing team while:

• Consult markets on key topics such as pricing, brand positioning, menu management, product development, menu optimization, communication and media selection and allocation (digital and non-digital). Involve the international digital team as needed.
• Ensure marketing strategy is connected to business strategy and that investments are prioritized accordingly
• Drive increased effectiveness and consistencies of franchisee marketing programs across the region by consulting on the design and optimization of their campaign, advertising, and media strategy.
• Consult with markets in tracking KPIs for critical metrics based on global benchmarks and suggests ways to reach said KPIs  
• Consult with Master Franchisees on a robust e-commerce plan, including but not limited to optimization of owned e-commerce platforms (OLO, mobile, app), performance media (display, affiliate, paid social, SEM, and others), and image-driving media (owned, display, social, etc.) working closely with the digital team.
• Demonstrate marketing leadership skills with franchisee marketing teams and wider business.
• Lead discussions with the master franchisees to set up the long-term vision of the business to ensure profitable growth.

Building

Provide guidance and feedback as well as work alongside the regional marketing team and the marketing services team to build tools, case studies, principles, and guidelines to better consult markets.

• Solicit and manage collection, analysis and communication of case studies related to calendar management, advertising, and NAF (national advertising fund) spend.
• Regularly assess market performance to ensure key consulting topics are prioritized.
