Position: Marketing Executive in education centre and study abroad service company

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Marketing Executive who can speak Japanese/korean to join our team. Students Recruitments

• Looking for staff who are interested to do student recruitments from Japan/Korea market.
• knowing of social media marketing for different countries will be well preferred.
• Key point-of-contact for prospective families regarding enrolment;
• Maintain accurate student information in database and cascade relevant information to colleagues in a timely manner;
• Liaise and build positive relationships with various stakeholders and prospective parents;
• Initiate regular follow-up on prospective parents via email, telephone, social media and in person;
• Actively participate in all student recruitment and enrolment drive initiatives to achieve student enrolment

Marketing & Project Management

• Managing the school’s social media accounts by generating ideas, creating written content and photos, and overseeing audience response;
• Participating in educational events, international school fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities
• Collaborating with Marketing Manager to organize presentations, information sessions, and recruitment related activities;
• Managing special projects as needed, which may include: sourcing new collaborations, creating marketing collaterals and supporting business development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand current and attract new clients as well as responsible in with all sales tasks and quotations with the designated account.
• Oversee credit management and client account status.
• Achieve specified sales targets and regularly follow up on the purchase orders after the submission of quotations.
• Support the cross-functional departments with client request and new RFQs.
• Check order fulfillment and provide back-up assistance for the sales coordinator.
• Checking consolidation of forecasts and pricing and ensuring excellent service for client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• With Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledgeable with Navision System Platform.
• Able to work independently.
