Job Description:

You will take on a primarily patient fronting role and oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic and that a high level of service is provided to our patients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Staff management and deployment
• Handle patient feedback
• Review and streamline processes to enhance operations efficiency
• Prepare and analyse performance data and reports and initiate recommendations to improve the department’s KPIs

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries / orders
• Assist in preparation of Quotation and Sales Order for order processing
• Assist in prepartion of Commercial Invoice and Packing List for shipment arrangment
• Liase with customers (local/overseas) and freight forwarders on delivery schedule
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently and promptly.
