• Support the Sales Manager to track, analyse and report quote activities; participate in Monthly Reporting process.

• Evaluate and interpret customers’ specification against our offer.

• Clarify with customer where necessary to resolve unclear requirements.

• Assist the Order Administration team to create sales order, procurement, shipment and shipping information going back to the customer up to the point of delivery.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of working experience in engineering environment will be advantageous

• Proficiency in working with MS Office 365, especially with good working knowledge on creating pivot tables and lookup tables using MS Excel is a mandatory skill required.

Job Description:

• Able to lead project for Method validation/verification/transfer to introduce new/remediated QC methods for testing existing and new products independently
• Subject matter expert in method validation, verification and transfer; covering wide arrays of methods and complex techniques
• Author of Method validation/verification/transfer Protocols, Reports, Reports, ensuring GMP compliance in ICH Q2(R1), USP <1225>, USP <1226>, EU GMP Chapter 6, and WHO Annex
• Ensure timely release of methods to support commercial production, manufacturing investigations and product investigations
• Ensure RFT in the method introduction process
• Maintain validated status of assays by establishing a control and monitoring strategy to ensure that the method is in the state of control, and the data generated from the method is reliable.

Requirement

• Min Degree / Diploma in Science/ Chemical Engineer or other equivalent
• Min experience of 3-5 years in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.Six Sigma Greenbelt training would be helpful.
• Demonstrated experience e.g. in the area of method validation, method transfer, method verification, Unexpected Results investigation.

Job Description

The Administration Executive supports outlet operations in the areas of property, tenancy and financial management. He/she ensures that records and reports are properly maintained and made available to internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner.

From time-to-time, the Administration Executive may also assist with other administrative duties relating to meeting coordination, procurement, customer service and regulatory / audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day administrative functions with business partners, shared service centers and third party service providers (e.g. payroll, invoicing, insurance)
• Interfaces with government agencies on the administration of relevant policies
• Tracking and monitoring of performance metrics
• Administers license agreements, including termination and contract enforcement
• Performs cyclical and off-cycle invoicing
• Perform regular, ad hoc purchases and cost allocation
• Reconciles and monitors licensee sales and accounts receivable
• Manage applications, renewals and cancellations for utilities and various licenses
• Responds to customer inquiries and feedback, including handling and qualifying incoming sales enquiries
• Clerical duties including, but not limited to maintaining data accuracy and completeness, filing, note-taking, meeting support, claims submission
