About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Events Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an eye for detail, and the ability to plan and execute successful events that align with our brand and engage our target audience. In this role, you will work closely with the operations teams to develop and deliver high-quality events while driving sales growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing key B2B & private customer accounts
• Develop client portfolio and new listings
• Manage and plan activities / activations with key accounts
• Achieve monthly sales target and manage sales orders
• Promote & upsell wine and other alcohol products
• Manage and assist branded and wine related events (tastings, wine dinners, trade fairs, corporate activations etc)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Product knowledge in wines and/or spirits (WSET level 2 or equivalent is a plus)
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Self-starter attitude and able to work independently
• Positive attitude that enjoys interacting with people
• Good speaking and writing skills in English, fluent in Mandarin or European languages is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Assisting with events on weekends and evenings, on ad-hoc basis

• Design and develop ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Extract data from various sources (e.g., databases, flat files, APIs) and transform it to meet business needs.
• Load data into data warehouses and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
• Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and system architectures.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ETL Developer, with a strong focus on Informatica.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with other ETL tools and technologies is a plus.

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.

2. Proven track record in "business-to-business" sales, with at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager int he transportation, logistics, or warehousing industry.

3. Competent in planning and implementing sales strategies

5. Success in developing sales plans and analysing the profitability of prospects, coupled with analytical and numeracy skills to review operational and financial data
