Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager with a "hunter mindset" to lead our Ventilation and HVAC sales division.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation technologies, and industry specifications.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical details effectively.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and a strategic approach to sales.
