• Provide day to day customer service support and administrative duties in engineering department.
• Deal with customers via multiple communication channels such as telephones, email and other CRM tools.

Job Description

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Your role will encompass remote and onsite support, configuring services on various platforms, and ensuring system reliability and performance. You will troubleshoot issues at the L1 and L2 levels and work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your field.
