JOB REQUIREMENT:

Qualifications:

1. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
   Relevant certifications (e.g., LPC, CPP) are a plus.
2. Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
   Experience in retail environments is highly preferred.
3. Skills and Competencies:Strong observational and analytical skills.
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Sales Management (75%)
