Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Monitor and Support: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications. Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents promptly, following established procedures and escalation protocols. Document all incidents and resolutions in the incident management system.

Team Summary

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Regional Risk Officer (AP RRO), the AP Corporate and Regional Risk Services (CRRS) team is responsible for:

• Driving general Risk Strategy for AP and supporting the effectiveness of the in-market Heads of Risk
• Protecting Visa as the 2nd line of Defense by proactively governing corporate risks, frameworks and supervisory regulatory requirements, and
• Managing risk for the Global Issuing and Acquiring clients

What a Manager, Risk Strategy and Operations does at Visa

As a pivotal figure within the AP Risk Hub team, the Risk Strategy and Operations manager reports directly to the VP CRRS. They will spearhead crucial strategic initiatives, risk analytics, business planning, and general risk operations, including managing the annual AP Risk Executive Council, one of Visa Asia Pacific's top three annual senior client events.

This role is ideal for a motivated, independent individual who is deeply analytical and is dedicated to driving results that best support the business and the AP Risk team. They will collaborate with the regional risk teams, cross-functional partners in the AP market support center, Global Risk teams, and the Risk Leadership team in AP.

Specifically, on Risk Strategy, they will:

• Collaborate with the AP RRO and the VP CRRS to establish strategic priorities for AP Risk
• Manage strategic initiatives to enhance the security and integrity of the AP payment system
• Support the development of a forward-thinking communication plan for AP Risk ensuring Visa maintains the thought leader in the Risk Payments space

Specifically on Risk Operations, they will:

• Oversee key operational processes such as Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Annual Planning, and the Risk Operating Plan
• Partner with the global and hub analytics partners to create and manage Risk MIS dashboards enabling client fraud performance management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Products, Value Added Services, and Visa Consulting to ensure alignment and achievement of Risk related objectives
• Project manage the annual flagship AP Risk Executive Council event in close collaboration with the Events and Corporate Communications teams
• Lead internal AP Risk events such as Townhalls and periodic AP Risk staff offsites

Summary:

The ESC Transportation Operations Manager will work with logistics business leads to define and manage roadmaps and manage operations to effectively deliver on the ESC program objectives. Review impacts to logistics and develop mitigation strategies. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. Provides functional subject matter expertise and anticipates customer's needs. Interface with multiple vendors and partners to gather and synthesize detailed business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals
• Identify and address issues that impact customer satisfaction and improve customer experience 
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries / problems regarding ESC
• Build and present executive ready presentations and written reports to major stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
• Lead the Search channel strategy & support the team operations across the day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners. Working closely with Google to define the client’s JBP & enhance the relationship in one of the keys of success in this role. Other important Search partners include Microsoft, Naver & Daum.
• Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organizations. This includes working closely with our internal specialist teams across AU, KR & IN, on the same key account. • Have prior platform experience in managing Paid Search (and/or Programmatic) campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management. The Digital Marketing Manager, Asia position will define best practices and execution for Intuitive’s content strategy in the region including web and social media presence in Asia. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, Asia, you will help define and deliver Intuitive’s global brand voice through digital content creation on internal and external channels and platforms. As part of the Marketing department, you will work cross-functionally to define and deliver meaningful, measurable business messaging to key stakeholders. You will partner with Intuitive Global, Asia Regional and country marketing functions to ensure a consistent, localized approach to content strategy. You have experience publishing content using enterprise content management systems. You operate as both digital marketer and copywriter for organic and paid content across Asia-specific channels in partnership with global business partners.

• Develop a website content calendar to enhance our existing websites in all regional markets
• Work closely with regional or local agencies on briefing and developing content and imagery for the site
