Human Resource (HR)

- Determine, plan and hire for company's human resource requirements including being involved in the recruitment, interviewing and training of new staff across the company

- Structure and provide constructive and timely performance evaluations

What this job involves:

Business Partnering and Finance Management

• Support Regional Account Director, onsite FM leads & functional teams in the handling of business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation and other financial advice;
• Ensure timely production of annual budgets / quarterly forecasts for the portfolio;

The Senior FM will oversee the teams in APAC supporting all on account. This role is client facing and candidate must be able to exhibit exceptional customer and stakeholder service and communication.

The key focus for this role will be to support the team in APAC to ensure clear management and ownership in driving the internal operations of stakeholders and its clients.
