Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, optimizing productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the metal recycling process. Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

Oversee all aspects of metal recycling operations, including receiving, processing, sorting, and shipping.

Metal Identification:

Qualifications:

Position Overview:

As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and acquisition of raw materials, ensuring a steady supply of scrap metal for our recycling process. Your role will encompass financial management, import-export procedures, and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient procurement practices. Your expertise in these areas will be essential to driving the success and sustainability of our procurement operations.

Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's raw material requirements while optimizing cost and quality.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.

Monitor market trends and fluctuations in metal prices to make informed purchasing decisions.

Ensure that procured raw materials meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Address any customer concerns or complaints related to raw materials and take appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement role within the metal recycling or related industry.

Strong financial acumen and experience in managing procurement budgets.

Solid understanding of import-export procedures, customs requirements, and international trade regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design / decoration or quantity survey on cost etc.

· More than 10 years of experience in construction management of buildings and commercial complexes and high capability in door / window hardware detailed proposal by referring to BQ & drawing

· Has extensive experience in China’s construction technical specifications

• Project management, lead all local and overseas (mainly China) projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion.
• Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.

· Excellent team management, set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team. Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure the schedule is on schedule, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and urge to solve technical problems in a timely manner.

· Possess a wealth of human resource management capabilities

· Have a strong sense of responsibility towards work, willing to work with the company to grow extensively, has an ambition and plan to expand China and Asia market

· Candidates who are good in both English and Chinese language is an asset to liaise with Chinese speaking clients/associates

· Proficient in Microsoft and AutoCAD is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Build up Singapore ABS as prestigious brand technically both in Singapore and overseas market especially in the Greater China

· Assist managing director in developing and implementing corporate strategy and policies. Prepare monthly and annually project analysis report and annual project planning to the board of directors.

· Frequent travel between Singapore and China

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the sales and beautician team to achieve company objectives

Drive the team to maintain good relationship with customers by offering a unique and prestigious service

Manage the daily running of beauty shop and maintain the highest standard of shop environment

Be the guarantor of the arrangement of the sales area and products display

Provide beautician training and coaching to my company team when necessarily

Manage inventory and replenishment requests

Handle the regular KPI report

Job Requirements:

Min 4 years experience in beauty industry with at least 3 years at store supervisor or manager level

Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and business acumen

Self-motivated, customer-focused and task-oriented

The candidate will need to come with the following requirements:

5 Years experience in SME company

Degree Holder in Finance and Accounting

Audit background preferred

Able to start immediately

Fluent in oral and written Mandrian

Willing to travel overseas for assignment

The candidate should also be familiar accounting software like MYOB and Xero.
