The Restaurant Manager of Butcher’s Block is responsible to support the Restaurant General Manager for supervising the overall operations and service standards of the outlet to meet and exceed guest’s dining experience expectations. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for stepping up in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager to fulfil the role as the “face” and ambassador of the restaurant, leading the venue’s personality and soul. You will be expected to take ownership of the operations and to ensure that the business is optimised in line with the vision and financial projection set out by the management. You will be a Senior Account Manager within a fast growing regional commercial team, responsible for driving growth with our existing partners in APAC. You’ll identify and execute growth opportunities across your partner portfolio, manage churn risk  and build relationships with key stakeholders. 

The role is based in our Singapore office, but you will also work closely with the Global Account Management and Customer Success teams based around the world. You will collaborate with other functions across Wise Platform and the wider Wise organisation, including our product management, engineering, compliance & legal, delivery, as well as business development teams.

Your mission: 

• Work closely with Wise Platform teams and partners to identify, progress and close a strong pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts, driving revenue and volume growth for Wise.

• Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for key accounts,  articulating strategies for growth and managing risk of attrition.

• Establish strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic objectives, define their priorities and be clear on their decision making process. Lead QBRs and become the subject matter expert for your partners.

• Take a data led approach on influencing decision making with internal / external stakeholders. 

• Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements, highlighting blockers and leveraging support across various functions.

• Bring the voice of the partner to influence Wise Platform product roadmaps as well as build out strong partner testimonials. 

• Work on projects and initiatives (regional or global) to improve our account management function. 

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders. You’ll be part of the Wise Platform team in APAC, working closely with our existing bank partners to help deliver world class payment service solutions, powered by the Wise infrastructure.

We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Bank Mandiri, Shinhan Bank and GMO in APAC, and today have 80+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.

• Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for key bank partners, articulating strategies for expansion and growth, as well as retention

• Establish strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic objectives, define their priorities and be clear on their decision making process. Lead QBRs and become the subject matter expert for your partners

• Design and manage stakeholder maps that capture essential contacts from Wise and the Partner and how they engage each other

• Use data to pinpoint opportunities and to inform data-driven dialogue with your partners

• Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements, highlighting blockers and leveraging support across various functions

• Collaborate closely with other Wise teams to develop and enhance Wise infrastructure capabilities in the bank vertical through new partnership opportunities and product development 

• Work on projects and initiatives to improve our strategy and approach both within the APAC region and globally, such as helping iterate our product roadmap, pricing strategies, go to market efforts - or anything else that helps drive growth
