RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure assigned maintenance activities are carried out promptly.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and users.
• Oversee assigned alteration and addition (A&A) projects and minor repair works.
• Develop and support initiatives to enhance the efficiency and productivity of building operations.
• Depending on experience, may be assigned to manage a specific portfolio or system.

Junior Relationship Manager, Private Wealth & Institutional Business

Responsibilities

• As a member of trading and investment advisory function for Private Wealth & Institutional Business, contribute to the region’s growth strategy by actively servicing the emerging tier of HNW and institutional clients and growing the AUM.

Requirements

Main purpose of the job

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Contract Manufacturing is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of a large lab and control building. This role involves managing complex projects with significant oversight of construction processes, contractor relationships, and vendor coordination. The project consists of three separate jobs, with new buildings fabricated in the Middle East and shipped to Jurong Island.

Ensure all processes are executed in accordance with Citi policies and procedures, complying with statutory regulations and laws and ensure enhancement and maintenance of internal controls to reduce/control risks and to improve operations standards
• To partner various teams including products, technology, control and other support teams to deliver operational and business goals with paramount focus on timeliness, accuracy and control of delivering payment services. Lead industry payment related projects.
• Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services
• Handle all Audits – internal and external
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team member

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelors’ degree in finance or related field with >15 years of relevant operational experience
• Good understanding of managing large operations team, complex franchise critical processes and relevant controls
• Meticulous and eye for detail and process improvement
• Strategic thinking and Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions
• Excellent interpersonal, communicate, leadership and management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical

Job Description

• Required to break and recover the consol in system.
• Compiles and updates of appropriate reports.
• Ensures dissemination of departmental information to staff.
• Co-ordinate with relevant authorities covering the proper discharge of import activities.
• Liaise with subcontractor on permit declaration issues
• Arrange for permit declaration and printing of cartage advise
• Any other duties as advised

Job Requirements

• Able to work night shift (2230h to 0730h)
• Location at Alps Avenue
• At least 3-5 years of related experience, preferably freight forwarding
• Diploma/degree in any field
