Alexandra Hospital, a member of the National University Health System (NUHS) cluster, is a historic site providing integrated, holistic care to patients. The hospital is a test bed for innovative care approaches in Singapore and is currently running a diverse portfolio of studies.

Job Responsibilities*

The successful candidate will be expected to support various digital healthcare research projects (e.g. incorporation of digital technologies in patient-centered virtual care models, projects in the smart ward etc.) The candidate will assist in research and grant administrative tasks, research ethics submissions, coordinating study participants recruitment, data collection, management of research data and study site files. He/she will also liaise with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to smooth the process of study recruitment and data collection, under the supervision of Research Fellow and Principal Investigator (PI).

You will be responsible for the following:

• Provide administrative support for research proposals, including formatting documents, collecting necessary signatures, and ensuring timely submissions.

• Plan and organize business activities such as business missions, networking events, webinars, seminars and conferences and facilitate the formation of Singapore companies’ participation in local and overseas trade fairs, missions, and workshops. The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. To this end, the team ensures that our building and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while also ensuring that the needs of our occupants are met.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption. Critical Work Functions

Community-based Oral Care Programme for Vulnerable Seniors through Tele-dentistry

Responsibilities

You will assist the principal investigator to develop and implement the tele-dentistry supported community-based oral care programme for seniors which includes:

· Key conduit between National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS), Ministry of Health, SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS), Agencies, community partners.

· Prepare documents for and facilitate regulatory (e.g. Institution Review Board, Health Sciences Authority) approvals.

· Facilitate the signing of project agreements with external collaborators.
