Sales Manager, Proactive

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Establish lead generation & acquire new accounts to achieve group and FIT revenue goals based on market segmentation and budget
• Achieve performance goals set based on assigned portfolio.
• Ensure total account management of sales portfolio, plan sales activities and set sales priorities to achieve the revenue goals for all segments

The primary focus of this position is to support the head of Strategy, Planning and Operations of CMS in AP with regards to strategic and operational activities to accelerate the growth across CMS entities. This includes, and is not limited to, sales enablement, defining and supporting execution of strategic initiatives and Go-to-Market, managing targets, performance and revenue realisation, and providing executive communication. The Assistant Food and Beverage Sales Manager is responsible for working to achieve the strategic goals of the hotel, specifically in Food and Beverage outlets sales. Sales segments can be sub-categorized into corporate, social events, weddings, conference services and tours / wholesale. This position is also responsible to follow through on all matters pertaining to F&B events and functions in the hotel as well as the servicing of conference groups.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered for the right candidate
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BMS and Automation industry
• Good industry knowledge, with an existing network of contacts (preference)
• Well versed in specification and selection of Yamatake and Azbil building automation system and product, not limited to system and controller but including field devices like sensors, control valves
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is required as the position requires frequent communication with Japanese customers and Japanese members in HQ
