We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager to join Finetoday to manage the distributor business.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on a global scale, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue and profitability growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, SCM, R&D, QA and Global brand Holder, to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving business development goals. You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current/new distributors and key stakeholders in the management This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically, and someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Description

1. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and secure business opportunities from associations,
organizers, exhibitors, and agents.
• Generate sales leads and grow business from both new and
existing clients.
• Manage sales and shipment for Global Sporting Events,
private, and special events.
• Provide quotations and manage sales with local and
international exhibitors, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert
advice on customs documentation and logistics.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and
long-term partnerships.

2. Operations Management
• Plan and oversee the operations at on-site/before/after
exhibition, in collaboration with organizers, exhibitors, and
overseas offices/agents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to
ensure timely and efficient execution of exhibitions.
• Manage logistics, transportation, and all necessary
arrangements for exhibitions locally and abroad.
• Lead and supervise on-site personnel, ensuring operational
efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Attend site surveys and meetings with contractors to
guarantee operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events,
implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors to support
exhibition operations.

3. Financial Oversight
• Ensure accurate billing for services rendered and manage
payment collection, including Cash on Delivery’s exhibitors.
• Provide monthly gross profit (GP) estimates and monitor the
accuracy of cost and income reserves in Globus.
• Prepare and submit budgets, forecasts, and monthly sales
reports to the Finance team and CEO.
• Drive account revenue growth, ensuring profitability for each
job and exhibition.
• Assist with resolving insurance claims and client complaints
when escalated.

A team player to join and support trust relationship managers in daily administration of trust mandates.

· Assist the trust relationship managers in the daily administration of the trust mandates, including but not limiting to

- Processing of the bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents

- Processing of distribution requests, including name screening.

- Preparing of trustee and company minutes and resolutions where required

· Updating of records in trust system and upkeeping good accurate records of trust relevant parties information as well as trusts and/or company activities
