What you'll be doing:

• Respond to user’s queries and resolve issues accurately and promptly through both online and offline support
• Provide appropriate and relevant responses to local regulators and/or authorities
• Collaborate with internal support team to ensure customer issue resolution
• Regularly review, update, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices and internal processes. Ensure that document control version remain updated
• Work with team leads to ensure the implementation of the SOP corresponds to what is happening on the ground by performing sample checks
• Understudy team leads to perform quality assurance review
• Complaint Escalation - Facilitate the escalation of user complaints by investigating root causes and working with relevant teams to provide solutions
• Assist in producing monthly reports
• Keep a register of all reviews and audit conducted
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support smooth internal operations and ensure an efficient workflow

What we're looking for:

• Diploma/Bachelors in Business Management or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of experience in customer operations related role
• Meticulous, pay strong attention to details
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work well in teams
• Able to communicate fluently in English, and have strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive app downloads, strong ROI and efficient CAC.

Your new role

· Lead the development and implementation of cloud security strategies and roadmaps.

· Design and implement secure cloud architectures and solutions.

· Develop, enforce, and monitor cloud security policies and procedures.
