• Assisting/coordination the office briefing for seafarers.
• Support in E- APPRAISAL review and completion in the crewing database.
• Review in Crewing data base entry quality, create reports.
• Follow through the end-to-end process of the Cadet Progression Programme.
• Handle the day-to-day training and crew promotion related queries.
• Other crewing related tasks as assigned from time to time.


Preferred Experience
• 8 - 10 years in conventional fleet crewing (Tankers / Dry vessels).
• Self-starter, take initiative and well organized.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Education and Key certifications necessary
• Minimum rank experience of CO / 2E or Diploma holder in any discipline (Maritime preferred) with at least 8 -10 years of relevant experience in Crewing.
• MLC certification and ISM (Internal Audit) certification will be an added advantage.

This role is ideal for a tanker Master Mariner with shore based commercial operations experience to leverage on their technical expertise in creating standard operating processes and driving a team of operators to best practices in day to day voyage operations.

The ideal candidate has prior commercial vessel operations experience and has a thorough knowledge of stowage planning, cargo operations, bunkering, agency, post fixture and pre-fixture operational matters.

This could be a contract position for a year or permanent depending on experience and background of the candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate waste management trucks and perform daily safety, and maintenance checks

• Collect and deliver waste materials/containers from industrial areas

• Oversee, control and assist Attendant during waste collections

• Understand Risk Assessment and requirements for every collection operation

• Ensure all waste materials are properly secured and contained for transportation

• Provide good customer service to all customers

• Keep accurate records of Collection Order/Delivery Order and return to Office daily

• Carry-out housekeeping in designated areas

- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operation

- Cutting, steaming, frying, etc.

- Washing and handling raw materials such as vegetable, seafood, pork, poultry, beef, etc.

- Periodically cleaning & maintenance of fridge, freezer, cooking area, exhaust hood, drainage, etc.

- Periodically review menu with the management and design new promotion dishes
