The Manager, Business & Program Development will provide strategic leadership to enhance the organization’s overall growth. About the Role

The candidate will support the growth of Life & Health Financial Solutions in the APAC market with a focus on origination activities, especially on key markets like Japan and South Korea.

The role is client facing and requires the ability to identify opportunities, build solutions, implement client specific business strategies and execute structured solutions to meet Swiss Re's Life & Health growth ambitions. Key Accountabilities:

• The primary responsibility of this role will be to originate and support the execution of L&H financial solutions in APAC. This includes:

About the Team

About You

• 5 to 10 years of Life and Health insurance industry experience
• A strong technical understanding of structured and financial markets transactions in the L&H space, qualified actuary, CFA or accountant
• Familiar with life insurance business from a financial perspective and capital management concepts - understanding of IFRS 17, risk based & regulatory capital frameworks is a must
• Ability to work independently, develop solutions and priorities opportunities
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written in English, additional language skills on Japanese and Korean will be a big plus

• Restaurant/Hotels Acquisition: Break into new logos within our largest customer segment of restaurants, Beach Club, Rooftop Bars and independent Hotels in Singapore.
