JOB SUMMARY
A key member for Aspire ESG Reporting Business solution team focuses on:
· Understand Requirements
· Document Business Requirements document
· Develop and management data solutioning
· Support deliverable of project by collaborating with Upstream business and product team, Finance solutions team, and Technology counterparts
RESPONSIBILITIES
The individual is responsible for understanding business requirement, defining, validating and implementing the data solutioning requirements for ESG Reporting initiatives for GCFO. The individual in this role will need to work closely with the Upstream technology, Upstream business, Finance, Technology, Change Management, Business Leaders to ensure deliverable for sustainable finance automation, and enable robust data controls measures in place through the following:
· Work with business stakeholders and delivery partners to understand & issues, quantify business impact
· Identify, analyse, and validate relevant optimal data sources ensuring that the data is fit for purpose
· Work with technology & Aspire data platform team to implement the requirement
· Work with upstream data owners, systems, and technology partners to define the delivery mechanism to meet data requirements (in terms of completeness, and accuracy)
· For upstream driven changes, understand the change with the upstream and align to integrated timelines
· Coordinate UAT
· Drive towards delivery & quality outcome of project deadlines.
Strategy
· Drive the successful delivery of the Aspire ESG Change Team responsibilities to ensure that Business is equipped with a comprehensive data driven picture across net zero, Sustainable Finance, climate risk so that the Group can diligently track against external commitments.

Processes
· Support the solutioning for Sustainability/ESG reporting, finance governance and assurance and disclosures through constructive development of detailed requirements and discuss options for design of functionality with Technology teams and other functions, where required
· Perform analysis and explore options to resolve issues identified
· Perform data solutioning into a common data model across end-to-end infrastructures across the Bank
· Assist implementation in sustainability/ESG solution architecture fulfilling business and reporting requirements
· Assist mapping into Aspire and perform testing of the common model post implementation by technology
· Support Finance team through testing phase, by performing testing, sharing test results and/or provide guidance based on knowledge of new TP system and architecture flows to finance systems
· Escalate critical issues for management attention
· Prepare project documentation and tracker as required
· Participate in management meetings and update PMO with project status

Our Ideal Candidate
· 10+ years of experience in banking environment with specific focus on Data science related role
· Prior Experience in ESG reporting
· Understanding Banking product knowledge
