Working Location: Tagore Lane
Responsibilities:
-Responsible supply chain management from order forecast, consolidation to tracking and
receiving goods to order fulfilment.
-Responsible for stock inventory management including but not limited to keeping up to date
record of all stock keeping units, tracking stocks movement and reporting.
-Assist with warehouse management to ensure all stocks are properly organized, compliance
of all warehouse safety rules, checking that warehouse facilities and equipment are in
working condition.
-Supervise and assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation.
-Responsible for order fulfillment and ensure all goods are correctly picked and packed for
timely delivery.
-Plan and manage all logistics matters including daily delivery schedule to ensure timely
delivery and effective logistics cost management.
-Coordinate with freight forwarder for outbound and inbound shipments.
-Manage product labels, packing and delivery materials.
-Coordinate with vendors for loading or unstuffing of containers, product labelling and
packing.
-Manage team to ensure timely completion of product labelling.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore.
-Working knowledge of Inventory software will be added advantage
-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2500-3200(Depending on experience)
-Working Hours: 5 days work week
-Entitled to 12 days annual leave & 14 days medical leave
