Your background

Position Overview: The Business and Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our retail operations. This position will involve analyzing various aspects of business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  • New SKU creation in POS system
  • Prepare and generate stock allocation report for new incoming shipment
  • Prepare and generate monthly supply plan
  • Prepare and generate weekly store replenishment plan
  • Manage system inventory to ensure accuracy

• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to management
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Sales Analysis: Identify slow-moving items
  • Inventory Analysis: Review inventory levels across different outlets and arrange inter-store rebalancing
  • Analyze and review new item sales

• Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of store facilities and equipment

• Standard Operating Procedures:
  • Update company SOP and staff handbook

• Marketing and Promotions:
  • Creation and editing of artwork for promotions, events, and in-store displays

• Any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field with minimum 2 years working experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Information Technology Degree Holders

• Ability to obtain casino licenses from regulatory authorities in each country, including Singapore, to provide technical services to customers.

Administration / Support Functions

• To manage and update the F&B ERP Inventory System (F&B System Admin)

F&B Procurement, Contracts & Supplier Management

• To conduct Annual Vendor Assessments following the company’s policies and procedures on vendor assessments
• To raise purchase orders in ERP system for OPEX-related purchases, such as term contract releases and ad-hoc expenses
• To perform PO/BR/BPA housekeeping in ERP system on a periodic basis

Receiving Functions

• To ensure that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered in accordance with the purchase order
• To inform the F&B Operations and follow agreed procedures in the case of damage of any item upon receiving
• To perform GRN in the F&B purchasing & inventory system and accurately capture the purchase in terms of quality and price
• To perform necessary stock adjustments in the F&B purchasing & inventory system to reflect the goods returns/credit notes by suppliers.
• To assist in receiving of linen items from laundry service provider

Audit & Compliance

• To ensure stock counts are submitted duly-signed by relevant parties
• To ensure proper documentation are provided when creating new items/quotations/vendors
• F&B Voucher Custodian as part of control process
