Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 on-site / remote IT support and fulfil service requests

• Perform asset tracking of all corporate devices (from purchase to disposal)

• Responsible for end-to-end process for all new tickets in the ESM tool, incoming phone calls, Teams messaging to the Service Desk, including, but not limited to providing first call resolution, logging of ticket, escalation of ticket, regular following up with users and tracking the closure of tickets within agreed SLA.

Reporting to the Director, Desktop Support and International Offices, as Advisor, Technical Support for the Singapore office, the incumbent provides support, maintenance and troubleshooting for computers, peripherals and software follow established standards. The advisor contacts users, follows up on their requests and ensures they are completed. The advisor provides support to the Singapore office and other offices in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Role

You are responsible for supporting Programme Staff in the daily supervision of children’s safety and carrying out of the KCare Centre’s programme.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand the duties and responsibilities of the Programme Staff

• Assist Programme Staff in the daily supervision of children’s safety and carrying out of the KCare Centre’s programme; especially for outdoor play and free play, as well as during the two transition periods (i.e. from 7am to 8am and 5pm to 7pm).

• Provide support, warmth and emotional support for the children when needed.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of each individual child. Observe children to detect signs of ill health or emotional disturbance and to evaluate progress.
