Responsibilities

Prerequisites

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Accredited as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by Institution of Engineering Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Certificate in BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervision) or other similar construction-safety certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and details of construction projects
• Project Location: Jurong Island (Transport will be provided at designated pick-up points)

Responsibilities

· To optimize airside equipment selection in order to minimize the cost and enhance winning probability for project tender

· To respond to customers in timely manner on changes in project tender requirement

The Role

This is a leadership position in selling HMT products and services, through either direct or territorial representatives, to specific assigned area or product group. He or she is responsible and accountable for achieving regional revenue and profit goals as well as ensuring and maintaining good customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility.

The Job

Sales activities:

• Conduct business development and sales activities by email, phone and in person to generate revenue for HMT Asia Pacific regional business.
• Assist customers to select the right equipment for their applications.
• Achieve specification of products for projects and facilities in the territory.
• Generate proposals, including equipment selection, cost estimating and proposal writing.
• Work with General Manager of Sales & Marketing and other Asia Pacific team members to create sales plans.
• Achieve revenue and EBITDA goals established for the territory.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and Tank Mapping systems, keeping data current to communicate intelligence effectively across the business and keep track of customer follow up tasks.

Project execution activities:

• Review purchase orders for accuracy upon receipt.
• Hand off all pertinent information to Inside Sales / Project Management personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist Inside Sales / Project Management personnel to obtain necessary data from the client to execute project.

Agent-related activities:

• Work with Reporting Manager to direct agent activities, including:

- Develop potential/target client list for each agent’s territory.

- Gather intelligence on client needs or problems in the territory.

- Gather market / competitive intelligence.

- Develop tactical sales plans for each major target client.

• Work with Reporting Manager to conduct review and feedback of each agent once per year.

We are looking for

TECHNICAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

· Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer’s requirement and achieve company’s objective.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Inventory & Shipment

· Prepare company's stock on hand for the fortnightly discussions.

· Provide projection of stocks holding period based on latest sales information.

· Highlight any shipment plans needed and ensuring no out of stock situation.

· Oversee the paper work required for importation and exportation.

· Keep track of the local stocks and overseas shipment arrival dates.

· Ensure the accuracy of goods arrivals (SKUs, quantities and shelf life etc) based on the agreed terms with supplier.

· Update the operation team on the shipment arrivals and stocks’ ready date for sale.

Marketing

· Prepare weekly update of channel marketing and price promotions reports for team meeting.

· Coordinate with different channels and suppliers for tactical marketing and price promotions.

Business Development

· Promptly supporting in listing new products and promotions as per agreement between KCT and channels.
