JOBS DESCRIPTION

• Prepare/record supplier invoices and ensure correctness and completeness
• Process staffs expenses claim
• Follow up with the unposted invoices in the system and unreceived invoices and/or DO from the supplier
• Prepare online transaction payment and payment summary list
• Suppliers' statement of accounts reconciliation
• Assist in preparing the PO, if required
• Prepare PV and do the filling
• Inter-company transactions and balances reconciliation
• Cash flow monitoring and control
• Plan and prepare cash needed from HQ
• Prepare revenue invoices and statements of accounts
• Monitor and ensure healthy Accounts Receivable ageing report
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare quarterly GST submission and WHT/COR matters
• Prepare Journal vouchers and keep the full set of accounts
• Assist in the annual audit

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Preferablywith hands-on experience in AR and AP
• To have full sets of account experience of at least 3 - 5 years
• Strong finance system skills including advanced Excel skills
• Able to learn multi taskk,work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledgee in Xero is a plus
• Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:

• Support the end-to-end proposal process, including gathering and organizing content, writing, editing, formatting, and reviewing proposals.
• Ensure that proposals are compliant with client specifications and requirements, including formatting, layout, and legal/contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with the Bid Director and other stakeholders to develop win strategies and value propositions.

Coordination & Management:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect and compile technical and commercial information needed for the proposal.
• Manage proposal timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain a proposal schedule and task list, ensuring each proposal step is completed efficiently.
• Organize and lead proposal kick-off meetings, internal reviews, and post-submission debriefs.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Conduct thorough compliance checks of proposals to ensure adherence to client RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update templates, proposal materials, and databases to support continuous improvement in proposal preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals and keep track of success rates and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in an engineering, construction, or consultancy environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign or other desktop publishing software.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating bids for large-scale engineering or construction projects.

A Job Placement Executive is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for clients in open employment. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, which include Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist & Occupational Therapist, they provide career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions in assisting clients sustain their employment. A Job Placement Executive has to also work closely with their clients' caregivers, existing & potential employers as well as partners & stakeholders such as training providers, community case & social workers, training officers & other job coaches in jointly providing holistic job support to their clients for employment success & sustainability. The Job Placement Executive should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity, knowledge and drive to support & advocate for their clients with intellectual disability.

• Work with the Occupational Therapist to match clients to suitable jobs

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist & Psychologist to successfully place, integrate & sustain clients in open employment
• Provide job coaching, mentoring, career counselling & other support to help clients be independent & overcome performance issues, barriers & challenges faced at their workplace to sustain employment
• Record & review client' progress & job coaching/support efforts

Collaborate with Caregivers, Employers & other Stakeholders

• Educate, communicate & work collaboratively with clients' caregivers/case workers & employers to jointly support & sustain clients' employment
• Collaborate with other departments (such as the Employment Development Centres, MINDS Institute, Caregiver Support Services, Me-Too Club, Strategic Development) to provide holistic & other positive client outcomes such as caregiver support, self-advocacy, peer support group & socio-recreational opportunities & client success stories to empower & engage clients.

• Diploma or Degree holder and/or with 2 years of relevant experience in the sector
• Qualification in Community Services, Disability Studies, Advanced Certificate in Supported Employment, Autism Studies

• Other Industrial / Vocational skill certificates, training & experience in ACTA/ACLP, Employment Law, Food Hygiene, HR, F&B, Hotels, Cleaning, Retail & Laundry will be an advantage

As a Fleet Executive in our ship management company, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions related to fleet operations. This position primarily involves assisting the crewing and purchasing departments and managing vessel and shore documentation. The ideal candidate will have to be detail-oriented and proficient in using Excel and other computer tools.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will provide administrative and operational support that are critical to the operation of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) activities for medical devices at one of SingHealth’s institutions to fulfil strategic priorities and initiatives across the cluster. You will collate and analyse information to facilitate management decisions and prepare reports for stakeholders. You will also work with the Biomedical Engineering (BME) shared services and IT security teams across SingHealth to ensure adequate risk oversight for medical devices and systems. This includes updating the asset inventory, support in implementation of relevant standards and good practices for IoMT medical devices, evaluating and executing work instructions and minimising risk for medical devices and systems. You will also provide secretariat support during meetings and participate in adhoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent are preferred. Degree holders with a recognised Diploma in Cybersecurity/IT will also be considered
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the area of IT, Operations and Risk Management with medical devices/systems understanding
