Sales Executive

About the Job:

• Drive profitable & continuous revenues through prospecting new customers, managing existing key accounts & up/cross selling.
• Work with various function – marketing, customer service & technical team to drive company presence, sales forecasting & supply chain coordination.
• Support customers throughout the whole sales process, through phone, email, video meetings and even on-site supports.
• Identify sales trends & opportunities for growth to drive the business.
• Prepares sales forecast & generates sales reports.

About You:

• 2-3 years of account management/ B2B sales experience.
• Degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering background, diploma holder with working experience can be considered as well.
• Knowledge in telecommunication/ electronic components/ electronic appliances is desired.
• A highly motivated, sales driven, people-oriented person to succeed and drive the revenue for business.

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Information & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation:

1.Arrange meetings to understanding potential clients’ business solution requirements

2.Arrange with clients’ to do a site survey to familiarise with outlet layout

3.Prepare client’s system backend and hardware

4.Onsite installation of hardware

5.Provide training for users on operating the system

6.Provide cover support for clients when their system go live

7.Arrange project reviews with clients after system implemented

Technical Support:

1.Provide timely support and resolutions for clients’ enquiries and system issues within SLA

2.Replacement of hardware may be required for faulty hardware

3.Support phone duty of one week per month with company allowance will be given

4.Testing of new system features or fixes will be required

5.Other ad-hoc tasks

· Evaluate customers’ future needs and recommend best practices

· Once familiar with company’s solution, applicant will be given the opportunity to take on Project Management role and/or Pre-Sales role

Requirements:

-Diploma in IT in above is preferred but not a must

-Knowledge and experience in working with POS is an added advantage

-Responsible individual who is diplomatic and possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a past-paced environment

-Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity

-Meticulous and willingness to learn

-Fluent in both written and spoken English

-Knowledge in a second language preferably in Mandarin or Tamil is an advantage

Investment & Asset Management Track:

As an MA under the Investment & Asset Management Track, you will be exposed to at least one of the real estate asset classes and get to witness the different stages of an asset life cycle. The possible career areas includes Private Capital Management, Investment and Asset Management as well as Portfolio Management. Applicants to this track will need to possess strong analytical, quantitative and numeric skills.

Corporate Track:

As an MA under the Corporate Track, you will be part of the business support teams responsible for partnering the business to deliver value to the overall Group’s strategy while maintaining good governance practices and business integrity within the organisation. The possible career areas includes Finance, Treasury, Risk Management and Human Resources.

Real Estate Management Track:

You will work in one of the three REITs sponsored by Mapletree. Under the Real Estate Management Track, you will be exposed to different aspects of real estate management and understand how each function comes together to affect the REIT’s performance. The possible career areas includes Investment and Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Leasing, Investor Relations and Property Management.

Real Estate Development Track:

As an MA under the Real Estate Development Track, you will be part of the Group Development Management team. You will be exposed to the different aspects of building development and understand how each of the development functions come together to complete a development project. The possible career areas include Design (Architecture), Design (Mechanical & Electrical), Project Management and Cost & Contracts.

Job Requirements

• Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree graduate with strong academic achievement and less than 1 year of full-time working experience
• Suitable qualifications for Investment & Asset Management / Real Estate Management / Corporate tracks include Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, and Economics
• Suitable qualifications for Real Estate Development track include Architecture, Project & Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying and Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements:
