About The Role

Accounts Assistant

• Prepare quarterly GST and/or full set of monthly/annual accounts for SME companies

Job Descriptions

• Preparation of tender documents to ensure that it meets the requirements of respective stakeholders
• Execution of tender processes in accordance to procurement procedures, from tender preparation to tender award
• Ensure proper documentation of project and the related documents/contracts.
• Providing logistic support for briefings
• Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

About the role:

• To check equipment and materials delivered for prefabricated module are in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness and check the works use equipment and materials as specified in the contract documents and approved by the Architecture and Engineering Design Firm (AE) are in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness and check the installation works are constructed in accordance with the contract specifications and shop drawings approved by the Architecture and Engineering Design Firm (AE) are in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness and check the completed works are constructed in accordance with Singapore code and regulation.
• To witness the testing and commissioning (T&C).
• To check the results of the T&C are properly recorded on the spot and complied with Singapore code and regulation.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• A registered M&E RTO with IES.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the supervision of mechanical and electrical works. Experience in Pharma construction projects is preferred.
• Able to travel to China occassionally to supervise fabrication works in th factory.
• Able to start work immediately.

In view of the business expansion, we are looking for assistant manager/manager who has Quality Management/Product Innovation & Development (PID) experience to join our team :

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist to work along with internal and external units towards achieving common strategic technical goals.

· Develop, implement, and promote quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards (cGMP, GDP, IFRA, etc).

· Develop, implement and enforce compliance standards and quality governance programs including regular audit / random checks / data analysis on contract manufacturing sites and ensure proper post-audit follow-up actions.

· Liaise with contract manufacturing sites to establish quality requirements, address issues and provide guidance on solutions and issue resolution.

· Manage harmonization of quality control standards of raw materials, packaging material and finished goods across manufacturing sites.

· Support certification audits with regulatory agencies and certification process across the region (US FDA, Health Canada, TGA, etc).

· Provide support in working with the business units on product innovation and development (PID) requirements, review and evaluate together with the technical team on the regulatory aspect/product concept/formulation/data analysis.

· Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

· Possess a good degree in pharmacy, bioscience/applied chemistry or equivalent from established university.

· At least 3 years of manufacturing related experience (e.g. production / quality assurance / quality control) preferably in the pharmaceutical line or related industry.

· Knowledge of quality procedures and guidelines in Asia Pacific countries is preferred. Additional knowledge of US FDA, EMA and ICH quality framework is an advantage.

· Good documentation and project management skill.

· Communicate openly with all stakeholders, embrace diversity of thoughts, create trustful relationships, lead and collaborate with willingness, fairness and integrity.

· Familiar with risk management tools/principles.

· Some exposure in PID and/or legal agreement matter is an advantage.

· Other core competencies i.e. good interpersonal skills, effective influencing, decision making and problem-solving skills, time management and result-driven.

About the role:

• Manage the Payroll in ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and that payslips, statutory returns and reports are produced and validated in a timely manner
• Undertake day-to-day payroll activities to ensure practical knowledge and smooth running of the service, enabling the provision of cover on all payrolls
• Validate and reconciliation of post payroll output and the loading of costing files to the General Ledger
• Manage all monthly and year-end statutory returns
• Work closely with Finance to ensure that processes are aligned and work effectively
• Liaise with internal and external Auditors, assisting as necessary and providing any required information
• Ensure payroll records are updated in a timely manner by reviewing changes in exemptions, deductions, and department/ division transfers.
• Conduct various payroll reconciliations and troubleshoots any issues that arise.
• Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential

About you:

• Highly organized, task focused and very meticulous
• Procedure knowledge in extensive payroll experience and very process oriented with the ability to put in good controls for the entire end-to-end process
• Technological skills required include experience and strong in IT systems and payroll software
• Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Management
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Excellent numerical and communication skills
