A] Operations and Facilities Management

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in grant writing and managing grant applications.
• Strong background in donor management and fundraising strategy.
• Experience with fundraising events is a plus.

About this role:
This is a newly created role within our Novela Category Management team to help drive the continued growth of our business. As the Head of Category Management, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the assortment strategy for our organization's beauty product category.
