About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide advanced support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for updating new and existing job tasks onto fleet management system based on customers request deliver requests/ exceptions

· Manage stakeholders’ queries (e.g. Drivers, Customers, Ops, Sales, etc)

· Plan and optimize transportation routes for fleet operations using the TMS, considering factors such as traffic conditions, vehicle capacity, and delivery schedules.

· Monitor real-time fleet updates and proactively adjust route plans to minimize delays, optimize fuel efficiency, and meet delivery deadlines. Receive transportation requests and dispatch prime mover drivers to assigned pick-up and delivery locations using the TMS.

· Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to prioritize and schedule transportation activities based on urgency and demand.

· Generate and analyse performance reports from the TMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, fleet & asset utilization, and driver productivity. Extract data from TMS system to identify lost capacity/efficiency of delivery fleet

· Serve as the primary user and administrator of the TMS for managing fleet operations.

· Monitor vehicle performance metrics to identify opportunities for fleet optimization and cost reduction.

Job Responsibilities:

• To carry out and execute all daily jobs received from customers and ensure that all information is relayed down to the respective Operations Teams at the end of the day
• To perform billing and ensure the accuracy of the invoices raised

• Meticulous and experience in different type of permit declaration – License/Bonded/DG clearance permit declarations.

About the role

• Head administrative duties as per SOP and Working Instructions

The ESC Transportation Operations Manager will work with logistics business leads to define and manage roadmaps and manage operations to effectively deliver on the ESC program objectives. Review impacts to logistics and develop mitigation strategies. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. Provides functional subject matter expertise and anticipates customer's needs. Interface with multiple vendors and partners to gather and synthesize detailed business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals
• Identify and address issues that impact customer satisfaction and improve customer experience
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries/problems regarding ESC

The Logistics Coordinator's role involves ensuring efficient warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. This includes providing effective backend support through systematic tracking of outgoing orders, preparing and tracking documents, sourcing import and export shipments, and recovering delivery tickets. The goal is to achieve customer satisfaction and meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Responding and follow up with customers/clients for incoming delivery jobs enquiries/requests and arrange with transportation team accordingly.
• Engage in regular communication with clients/customers via WhatsApp, phone calls and emails.
• To escalate issues to customers when drivers facing issues during delivery - vice versa, to ensure smooth flow of goods delivery from point A to point B.
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders and follow up with both the transportation team and drivers to meet delivery deadlines.
• To monitor, update and maintain accurate and consistent records on BFNet.
• Prepare billing documentations for both HQ Transport (daily, weekly and monthly billings) and Haulage departments.
• To send out DO for customers’ endorsements via emails and liaise with Finance on daily basis.

• Responding to RFQ (Request for Quote) via emails/phone calls, to raise sales quotations on CRM and send out to respective clients.
