• Assist in inventory management and logistic support
• Generate monthly, weekly & sales reports
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• Preferably Executive specialized in Administrative/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of related working experience, with good interpersonal skills
• Required Skill(s): Administrative, Microsoft Office, Logistics, Inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (eg vlookup, pivot table etc)
• Demonstrate the ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently
• Proficiency in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is preferred as the incumbent requires to liaise with China counterparts
