2. Deliver the Monthly Summary report within target time frame.
3. Efforts needed on data gathering from TDR, Web Portal (vessel schedule), Terminal system, and Depot movement report.

Trade Operation

1. Slot Invoice verification
2. Verified the slot cost from various feeder operator, with provide the BL number/copy

Feeder Operation

System Development

About the role

We offer a unique program to fresh graduates able to operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment. In the 18 months assignment program, we will provide you with a rotational program in our trading, risk management, vessel operations, analytics, strategy & business development teams to equip you with foundational merchandising and trading competency in shipping. Besides working proactively with other team members to complete the work required, you will take ownership of a project and work regularly with your project sponsor to review milestones and deliverables. You will tackle real challenges, cultivate your curiosity, have client exposure, enjoy both personal and team accomplishments and have your initiative acknowledged along the way. You will also dedicate time outside the day-to-day work to develop your soft-skills.

Key Accountabilities

• Participate in an assignment rotation program depending on business needs in different departments including trading, risk management, vessel operations and analytics.
• Develop and nurture strategic customer relationships, contribute to enhance digitalization and optimize trade capture process.
• Participate in trade life cycle, including contract negotiation, trade entry and physical execution, as well as profit and loss analysis.
• Analyze supply and demand data and market/economic conditions to explore ways to innovate and improve data analysis.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus. Ideally in the following academic disciplines: Date science & Technology, Engineering & Sustainability, Marketing, Trading
• Confirmed analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent influencing skills.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle risks and ambiguity.
• Strong team player and can thrive in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Business fluency in English is a must. Any other language a strong plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Digital savvy: strong analytical, quantitative and numeric skills. Proficient in excel, good knowledge of data science tools, visual analytics technologies and programming language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ocean & Air Import/Export/Cross Trade shipping matters in accordance with client’s requirement
