Job purpose:
The incumbent will provide full spectrum of administrative and personnel support to the HR Department. This includes recruitment, facilitates training, and assist in ad hoc HR project.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist in facilitating training and recommend training programs
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations for foreign employees
- Develop and/or administer special projects in areas such as employee retention, recreating program and employee awards
Requirements and skills
- Diploma in Human Resources. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Fluent with Windows based applications especially in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
