We're looking for a driven and organized Junior Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Recruiter to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts for our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) clients.

Responsibilities:
- You'll partner with our Business Leaders and Senior Consultants to understand the client's staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using a variety of online platforms and recruitment tools.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the position.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and experience.
- Scheduling of interviews for clients and candidates.
- Manage the interview process, including logistics and communication with all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our internal portal
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and RPO.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) is compulsory
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
