Recruitment Specialist | 5 Days | Up to $3k | Paya Lebar
Working Day: 5 days | 9am – 6pm (Fully WFH)
Salary: Basic Salary $2,500 - $3,000 + Commission (Threshold: 2.5 x Basic)
Office Location: Paya Lebar (Fully WFH)
Job Requirement:
•Must with CEI (FDW) certified
•Experience in the employment industry or at least 2 years of sales experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Job Scope:
•Responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.
•Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
•Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
•Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
•Coordination of interviews (F2F/Phone/Zoom)
•Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
