Duties & Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes and applications
- Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes
- Implementing disciplinary procedures when necessary
- Handling documentation related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Identifying training needs within the organization
- Generating HR reports and analytics
- Providing data and insights for decision-making purposes
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and organizing employee events and activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Singapore local working experiences
- Good in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good team work and positive work attitude and take initiative in problem solving
- Good command of English; both written and spoken
