ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with recruitment initiatives by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, administering written assessments, and supporting communications to candidates as needed
- Prepare new hires and assist with other onboarding arrangements
- Support the team in organizing and coordinating Training-related activities, e.g. preparation of training materials, updating training records, compiling training feedback etc.
- Responsible for creating and managing employee records and organization charts to ensure it is up to date
- Generate monthly HR-related reports
- Enhancing current Job Descriptions based on new templates
- Close partnership with insurance service providers in managing employee insurance and claims
- Partners with the IT team in managing the E-Leave Portal
- Supports the team in MOM-related matters including work pass applications etc.
- Prepare general HR correspondences and letters

QUALIFICATION
- Min. Diploma holders or students pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree
