Position: Accounts Manager
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analysing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Support and ensure compliance with all government requirements, i.e. tax filing, financila reports, form c/s, etc , audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
Position: HR Manager
- Handles recruitment process from job posting to employment process
- In charge of payroll processing including attendance monitoring, overtime computation, pay slip issuance, payment of government dues,
- Oversees employee compensation and benefits
- Ensures companies compliance with SG labor laws and regulations
- Development and updating of HR policies and procedure regularly
- Managing Employer/Employee relationships
- Others as maybe assigned
