Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
- Adhoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records/data
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
