Our client is an established MNC commodities trading house and they are currently looking for a HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning to hiring and onboarding.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee performance and development.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
