- Sourcing and attracting candidates for job openings using various platforms.
- Evaluating applications, conducting initial interviews, and matching candidates to suitable positions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Creating and managing job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Organizing and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Staying informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Acting as a mediator between clients and candidates to negotiate job terms.
- Managing candidate databases and keeping records up-to-date.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve the process.
- Continuously improving skills through online courses, workshops, and staying updated on HR trends.
Requirements
- Applicable for Incentives scheme
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec or Diploma Cert with at least 2 years of experience
- Able to work independently with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Able to perform duties after hours when necessary
