Job scope:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operational functions including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development and payroll management
- Develop and maintain local HR policies and procedures
- Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and challenges
- Attend and response to government workforce initiatives
- Develop strategic HR plans to support management at all levels and ensure that coaching and feedback is delivered to maintain performance standards.
- Ensure proactive employee relations, coach managers and employees, and resolve issues
- Champion our overall Talent Management program, including Career and Leadership Development, Talent Review, and Performance Management
- Take ownership of company communications, employee engagement, and employer branding
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years of HR/ Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience, preferably from retail industry
- Strategic HR competencies required include Talent Management, Leadership Development, time Management, Succession Planning and Coaching
- Competent in HRIS implementation
- The successful candidate is proactive, independent and possess strong leadership, project management, influential and business skills with integrity.
- A high level of commitment and a willingness to adapt working hours to the demands of the regional workload
