Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operational functions including payroll processing, compensation & benefits, training & development & employee relations functions
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment till the exit interview process within the company
- Coordinates with internal parties, recruitment agencies, schools and job portals about job requirements and hiring
- Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
- Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
- Prepare, draft and review job offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters and any other HR letters
- Liaise with the relevant authorities (i.e. MOM, CPF) on survey-related and compliance matters, including work pass applications(application, renewal, appeal & cancellation) for foreign employees
- Assist in conducting annual performance & appraisal review exercise
- Conduct market analysis on salary benchmarking
- Generating of HR related reports and assisting in insurance-related matters
- Source and make travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors
- Assist in organising company functions and staff welfare-related activities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR & Admin department and Managing Director
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent
- Min 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- 1-2 years of Compensation and Benefits experience and knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
