HR & Admin Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operational functions including payroll processing, compensation & benefits, training & development & employee relations functions
  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment till the exit interview process within the company
  • Coordinates with internal parties, recruitment agencies, schools and job portals about job requirements and hiring
  • Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
  • Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Prepare, draft and review job offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters and any other HR letters
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities (i.e. MOM, CPF) on survey-related and compliance matters, including work pass applications(application, renewal, appeal & cancellation) for foreign employees
  • Assist in conducting annual performance & appraisal review exercise
  • Conduct market analysis on salary benchmarking
  • Generating of HR related reports and assisting in insurance-related matters
  • Source and make travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Assist in organising company functions and staff welfare-related activities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR & Admin department and Managing Director
  • Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent
  • Min 3-4 years of relevant working experience
  • 1-2 years of Compensation and Benefits experience and knowledge is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
  • Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
