Recruitment and Placement Administrator

Job Highlights

• Salary up to S$2000 per month

Requirements:

1. 3 years of experience in HR administration role
2. Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
3. Strong in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
4. Independent, meticulous, and resourceful
5. Knowledge of Marine recruitment will be advantageous
6. Able to adhere to Company policies

Job Description:

1. Recruitment matters – including, but not limited to:

• Advertising of vacancies
• Preparing interview documents and related matters
• Preparing offer documents
• Preparing employment contracts
• Maintaining the database of interviews and hiring
• Liaise with other departments for recruitment matters

2. Probation matters – including, but not limited to:

• Monitoring of probation of crewmembers
• Following up on probation matters of crewmembers
• Preparing probation documents

3. Other ad-hoc matters – including, but not limited to:

• Liaising with Payroll Department on salary and related enquiries
• Preparing listing for payroll purposes
• Ad-hoc duties as required by General Manager
• Responding to requirements of other departments
• Willing and able to attend seminars or lectures relevant to succeed the role
• Able and willing to attend Company events as required
